During the first week of WEC Workshop Summer Program on 2-3 July , our guest was Cengiz GÜNEŞ, Board Member of the Energy Law Research Institute. With Mr. GÜNEŞ; we talked about energy politics and legal frameworks, introduction to institutions and regulations, construction, market actors, legal, physical and commercial relations, limits and obligations. Thus we evaluated the legal framework of the production activity, investment models and features, pre-license and licensing processes, legal framework of transmission and other activities.
