He was born in 1974 in Bayburt. He graduated from Yıldız Technical University Electrical Engineering Department in 1994 and Istanbul Commerce University Business Administraiton (MBA) Department in 2006.
He worked as the Engineer, Chief Engineer, Assistant Manager, Operations Manager, Deputy General Manager and System Operation Director in Boğaziçi Electricity Distribution Co. between 1997-2015 and he worked as the System Operation Director, Head of Investment Monitoring Department and Deputy General Manager in TEDAŞ (Turkish Electricity Distribution Corporation) between 2015-2017. He was appointed as the Chairman of the Board and General Manager on 08.06.2018 while he was still working as the Assistant General Manager of TEİAŞ since November 2017 and he still performs his duty.
